Conversions from manga to real-life don't work...
Or so I thought. Born and raised with the French version, I decided to give this one a go, somewhat disinterested, somewhat bored, and ended up amazed with the end result. Humor is there, action is there, the style is as spot on as a movie can get, nice easter eggs, nods to the series, and cameos, the plot is correctly cartoonishly silly, some more nudity and raw humor than anticipated and a bit too much focus on some secondary characters, but it is easily forgiven for being feature-length. Clearly made with love and the correct demographic in mind - they did it right!score 10/10
