Artsy zombie horror.
Dead People (aka Messiah of Evil), is probably one of the best zombie films of the 70's. This is actually quit different from the average formula put into most zombie films. For one, the location is not what you would expect for this kind of movie, but it works perfectly. Also, there are several artistic elements to the movie that really shine. The acting is also pretty good. At first, the lead actress is as wooden as can be, but later in the film she picks up and does a job well done. It is a really good movie, and I recommend it to horror fans or (believe it or not), indie film fans. It will not disappoint. I rate it 8/10. Rated R for Violence/terror, some language and partial nudityscore 8/10
