Hate me, down vote me, but at least I'm being honest.

I just cannot go with the flow and praise this movie for being average for what it is. It introduces too many boring characters no one really cares about and they are the typical villain and hero and the annoying comic relief. To which none of the roles are played well.

The plot seems forced and is almost confusing as to why anything is happening, and then goes too far with the sci-fi elements. The CGI team are just having a circle jerk for this film as it should push boundaries to suspend reality, but this one shoves it in your face and will ram it up your rear if you want it to or not.

So much of the exposition could have been dumped from the script, but it's shoved in to get a lasting run time due to lazy writers just hoping to baffle you with their BS.

And to those saying the CGI is so good you can't tell the difference between real life and the animation..... LOL.

The movie feels like it was shot as a Star Tours/Back to the Future The Ride simulation footage. Once you watch it at home without 3D tech you'll probably realise you overpraised prematurely and on second viewings, it's not that great as you claimed it was and can see it's a made for the moment movie, not a lasting one.

score 5/10
