Gave up after two episodes
By the wickedly funny standards of the Britcom genre, and despite some great acting talent among the cast (especially the near-legendary Jane Horrocks of AbFab fame), this is below-mediocre fare. It just never takes off the runway. The writers try to echo the faux-documentary tone of The Office; serve up a touch of trashy reality TV; and bring in a generous dose of working-class accents and off-color humor. The result is dull, derivative and oddly dated. I tried to like it, and I failed.score 4/10
