i wanted to like this...
i went into this with cautiously high hopes. i like the game grumps. i like rick and morty. i figured this would be a sure fire thing.but it falls flat in almost every aspect. the acting is lackluster and low energy. the editing seems to be too choppy. the jokes seem to be a little too forced. the lack of music makes some scenes feel awkward. i'm struggling to think of anything about it that i like, other than the fact that i personally like the people in it. it's like seeing your friends do a really terrible play. you don't enjoy it, but you're happy that they're doing it.
...i'm sure there are people who love this show, but after four episodes, i just can't bring myself to sit down for a fifth.
