Better than I had expected from SciFi Channel
This is by no means a good movie. It's the classical contamination/unstoppable monster horror film with the hero and the chick saving the day at the end. But it was done rather well, with probably a ridiculously small budget, crappy CGI and unknown actors.Johnathon Schaech made the film better, his acting was good. How come he looks so much like Peter Gallagher? :)
Anyway, if it weren't for the poor quality of some of the computer generated imagery and if it weren't for the ancient cliché of "unbeatable foe has only one totally fatal weakness that only our her can exploit", I would really have enjoyed it. This way, it is just what I expected, except a slight boost in quality.
