Viking lore come to life in the present!
As an American who lived in Oslo briefly and has read anything about the Vikings I can find, at least in English, I was thrilled with the movie! Surprisingly, Netflix had it rated at 2.5 out of 5. It was way better than that!!!! My only complaint about the film was an attention to details in the production. The characters carried very little on their journey,(no backpacks and nothing on their little raft), and yet they always what they needed. That should have been better thought out. Great story, wonderful twists, and using the Viking Ship Museum as a backdrop at the beginning, made it all very,very fun! I really loved it and it's one I'll watch again and again, I'm sure!!!!!score 8/10
