Funny, Entertaining and 100x Better Than the Network Shows
If you are looking for an original idea, you'll be disappointed. Not sure why people try to judge Rob Schneider as if he is competing with the likes of Leonardo DiCaprio for acting jobs but Rob is always 10 out of 10 for the roles he plays. He may not make me think about the deeper elements of connection through a deep serious dramatic role, but forget those movies, sometimes you just want to be entertained. He does his job when it comes to that.The sitcom 'Rob' was pretty bad, but it had that big studio flavor to the entire project. It's clear to see that when Rob has the freedom to shine in 'Real Rob', he does.
It was a great mish mash of elements from Seinfeld, Fat Actress, Modern Family & Curb Your Enthusiasm. If you are a fan of these shows, you'll like Real Rob.
