Not Credible

One criticism of Scandi-dramas is their reckless cops. Episode one is no exception.
The scenario which kicks off the main plotline (on the ferry) is just too ridiculous and unbelievable.
Then we have, yet again, a young female cop going it alone and entering an apparently abandoned building looking for a murder suspect. How does she recover and overcome someone twice her size after being whacked over the back of the head with a crowbar that would kill most people (a reprise in episode 7, this time with a spade - ridiculous).
I enjoyed the early episodes, but then the storyline took a disturbing turn and the reality of what the story was all about became clear.
There were just too many holes in the plot and the ending was just not credible.
Is there a statute of limitation for kidnapping in France. I don't think so. For all the mitigating circumstances, Julita should have been arrested.
Overall, poorly done.

score 4/10
